difficult door digital system
The room was clean. The location worked for getting to the city center.
I had trouble with the digital code system for entry. The door was difficult to open. I wish they had sent the door link before midnight. It was a hassle upon arrival.

grand coffee machine smooth arrival dependable wifi excellent location
The common room held a grand coffee machine, giving complimentary fruit. It was a good touch. the pre-registration process ensured a smooth arrival, access codes were both clear and easy. i noted good cable tv alongside dependable wifi, which allowed easy streaming. i especially appreciated the proximity to Haymarket station, it was just one block away.
the electronic access system felt a bit too complicated, requiring extra patience.

the hotel is very close to the Haymarket station, this made travelling around the city very easy. nearby there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores, offering various options. access to public transport is convenient.

The location was very convenient, very close to the train station and airport. The access with a click on my phone was great. the room had great heating. i found coffee and tea easily available. readily available toilet paper. the nespresso machine was amazing, and the facilities smelled great!
My room was very small. the window frame was broken. The price i paid was quite high.

convenient location friendly staff coffee machine
The location was very close to Haymarket train station. I could see the station entrance from the front door. Access was easy with smart locks and staff were friendly. A good coffee machine was available in the lounge. The place was clean.
The rate did not seem in line with what the hotel offered.

inflated price basic room
the location near the train station was acceptable.
the room was quite basic, not matching the stylish photos online. the price felt inflated, especially given a rugby match occurred. i believe i overpaid substantially for what the room offered.

fantastic setting central location free coffee helpful staff
the building setting has a fantastic central location. i could easily reach bus and train stations, shops, and restaurants. the living room with free coffee was a good surprise. i found the staff very helpful and supportive, always ready with a kind word and assistance.
The digital key system was a bit slow sometimes. It took a few seconds for the door to unlock.
